The Riverside Suite hosted the MFC Taking part in for Good results assignments presentation evening on Tuesday December 9th. Students from main and secondary schools from across Middlesbrough attended the award ceremony exactly where their achievements have been marked with certificated, trophies and unique prizes. The students had been celebrating the finish of a ten week literacy course in which the soccer club has been the focus of their learning. Making the evening even much more memorable was Premiership star Robert Huth who introduced the students with their awards. The Boro defender arrived to a heros welcome from the 150+ students, mother and father and teachers and later posed for images and signed autographs. Martin Hedgley centre supervisor commented on the success of the evening. Roberts attendance capped off a very productive 10 week program and aided make the awards evening extremely unique. Getting a Premiership star share in your achievement and celebrate your achievements is a fantastic way to makr the stop of the program. One particular energized pupils stated, The course was exciting and we realized a whole lot but meeting Robert Huth was the finest bit!. It wasnt just the college students that were energized however. One mother or father remarked, My son has taken part in the Taking part in for Achievement course and has liked coming every single time. The youngsters took us on a guided tour all around the stadium previous week and this week we all get to meet a Boro participant!.
